Do try this dance to Upside Down by Paloma Faith. It gives it a whole new life. (For those of you that like a change from country)

A great dance which everyone loves. It now seems to have taken on a life of its own especially during the weave where dancers count out the eight numbers. People love what was referred to earlier as "the swan lake" bit which makes it even more fun. The most moving variation though was at a recent local fund raising event for Macmillan nurses when every single dancer held hands during the weave. Line dancing at its best!

I had the music for ages and I have just been taught the dance which flows well. Nothing too complicated but enough to keep it interesting so you can relax and listen to the track while you dance – well done Chris.

Eloise Wood - 26/01/2011
I have just taught this dance and it has really gone down well. The steps are good and achievable and the music is country and makes you want to dance.

L Kemp - 13/12/2010
At first glance this doesn't look exciting and I was therefore slow on the uptake but I am now loving it. A 5 minute teach and you are left with a dance with great music that will stay on your list for a long time if not forever. It is good to have some dances that you can just put on and know the class will not need a walk through. This is one of those.

Val Whittington - 29/09/2010
A good dance to a nice country track. As all the steps are well used its an easy teach for improvers.
