Following recent teaches...I have been asked to add the arm movements that I taught for fun...untill the script is amended here they are> On the hell switch sections...as you touch the Right toes forward fold arms in front of chest palms resting on uppwer srm, as you swing heels out bring backs of hands up to meet in front of face, as you swing heels back to centre, return hands to upper arms..it is a bunch of fun and stops your feet working LOL, but folks were rolling about laughing and I guess that is what it is all about...well that and a really cool country song.
