Great dance, a little tricky at first, but is now a favourite. A little too fast when done to Flora's Secret, most of my class prefer doing it to The Forester Sisters "Their Hearts Are Dancing", so do I. You get more time to think and a better, fuller movement. I love Enya's song, just find that it plays havoc with my calves!!!

Taught this quite a long time ago but still get asked for it most weeks - I like it too!

Afraid that I have to disagree with everyone else - the music is just terrible, and no matter how good the dance might have been (and it's not one that I like at all, I'm afraid), with that music it's a definite thumbs-down from me.

We were taught this dance by Jan last year and learnt it quite quickly. We love this dance, it fits so well to the music and is a pleasure to dance.

In Devon we have danced Secret Waltz for several months and it is still popular so this is a waltz that will endure.

A waltz with a difference! This is one dance that will grow on you.

This one really flows with the music. Quicker to learn than I expected and I look forward to it - shame we can't do it more tna once an evening

Jean Barlow - 28/10/2001
Lovely waltz, with lock steps and triple turns and sailor steps done in waltz time - very unusual and effective. Enya's music beatiful even if you can't hear the words! However, not all of class liked the music some preferred dancing it to Scooter Lee's Rock 'N' Roll Waltz which we used as a practice track. However, steps fit most waltzes you could use whatever music takes your fancy!!

This dance is one of the most beautiful that I have had the pleasure of dancing. I would put it on par with Jo Thompson's "Midnight Waltz" and the yet to be fully recognised waltz by Jan Wyllie, "Walt Of The Win". This dance could very well become an 'all time classic'.

This is a truly lovely dance to a beautiful song - I would recommend this dance to any line dancer.

Val Saunders - 28/08/2001
Lovely dance to do . It fits the music so well. Music is also great, but we found on a social, live night that it went very well as an alternative to Midnight Waltz to the Mavericks "Children."

When I saw this dance demo'd, I didn't think I would like to dance it, but having learnt it, I have to say that my opinion is completely changed. It feels great to dance, hits the breaks in the music well and just makes me smile!

An excellent song that is complimented well by a good dance. I have never been a fan of waltzez but this is good.I'd recomend it to anyone.

Another good "danceable" dance from Robbie. Easy and yet enjoyable. Everyone gets up to this one!
