Great to see a review for Saloon Scissor Stomp, another oldie that always fills the floor. We always teach in our Beginners Club. It is a happy dance. We do use lots of different music, but our class like Carlene Carter=Heart is Right the best, it is beaty.

I first saw this dance approx 4 1/2 years ago, when on holiday @ Butlins (Skegness), (remember when Butlins did linedancing as thier staple summer entertainment in the Hacienda ballroom ?, I do ! ), the teachers that week were Bill & Josie from Montana WDC of Luton and the live band were the now disbanded 'Circuit Judge'. I liked it then and unfortunately did not have any suitable music to do it to, thankfully Nadine Somers has covered 'Every Little Thing' on Sean Kenny's Linedance Crazy 3 and the two go together very well, this dance may be an oldie but its one I'm sure will make a comeback if only as an dance in an improvers repartoir.
