My 80 year old mom and her friends have been dancing to this for the past seven years! Love the fact that the singer reminds them of many steps.

I know this is a really late review, but it's still being requested, I mean after about 3 years you think people would get sick of it! I'm really sorry I'm not really negative but I despise this dance :-D but then again every1 has a right to their opinions!

Well it can't be all bad .It is still danced very often and the groups still play it. If you are bored with it jazz it up a bit and do your own thing. It's a great one for beginners, they must be given some easy dances at first and it must be pretty boring at a function for them if all the dances were up to date and difficult. This one will go on forever.

How can anyone hate this dance, I see from the above that some do, well that's there opinion, to quote a title of another dance "I like it, I Love It", to add a bit of spice try doing it in contra lines but with a mirror style, it takes a bit of concentration to do all the steps on the opposite foot facing someone doing it vanilla fashion.

A GOOD DANCE TO START LINE DANCING WITH BUT CAN BE TEDIOUS UNLESS YOU ARE IN A FUN MOOD.

I hate to do a negative review, but I couldn't stand this dance from the first time it was taught. It's just too silly, and you call mainly standing in one spot "dancing"? Yuk!

Anita Kirschner - 17/04/2001
This dance has been enjoyed by every group I taught it to for the last three years. Wish there were more like it

Robin Madeley - 22/11/2000
Easily the most annoying dance on the floor (it's up there with 'El Vira'). BUT.... It can be danced to 'Real Wild Child (Wild One)' from the 'Pretty Woman' soundtrack album. It's a bit quicker, but it's a lot funky-er!
