After months of naging by a senior member (in age), of my class, I went and purchased 'The best of T-Rex' in order to do this dance. managaed to learn it at home only having to re-learn in class as I was trying to do this dance at 'warp factor 9'. Any how we all liked it a lot but the only downside to it is you only get approx 3 & 3/4 walls done before the music fades, otherwise it's a great dance that I'm sure will stand the test of time and eventually become a 'blast from the past'.

Annemarie Drummond - 30/03/2004
This is the current favourite in our class. We were deciding what to do for a demo dance and this one was the first one we all agreed to choose. Thought the beat and the steps would be a great one to promote line dancing with. Thanks from all the way down here.

Maggie & Pauline (Texas Troop) - 03/02/2004
Ann, just had to say what a brilliant dance, fun steps, no tags, good music. We have taught in our club recently and everyone loves it, infact, so much so, due to the short track, we play it again. So pleased it has reached the charts. It is a floor filler at socials. Well Done Ann.

Our group were taught this dance in March last year in Harrogate. We liked it but it never caught on then. All of a sudden its in the charts, really pleased as it is a great dance and can be fun. Try shouting out the last weave it different languages as they did in Harrogate!!

Love this dance but track too short

Maggie Major - 22/01/2004
Well Done Ann, this is such a fun dance. It is great to see so much fun involved in a dance. Everyone is enjoying themselves without having to think too deeply about steps. Like so many others have said, shame it is such a short track.

Pamela Stevenson - 20/11/2003

I'm a bit late to say out about this dance but I've been dancing it for a while and at first, I didn't like it although once I'd done it a few times I thought it was great... Welldone Ann!

Karen Hunn - 06/11/2003
Finally got round to teaching this one tonight, and my class absolutely loved it, so much so that if they had their way I'd have been putting it back on again all night for them and not danced anything else.

Pim Humphrey - 02/11/2003
This one is very popular with my classes, a good fun dance

sarah - 20/09/2003
not overkeen on this one really, there was a few dances done to this tune when the film 'billy elliot' was about and non seemed to take off then! Probably a decent dance for beginners as the tune is a little catchy!

Stephen Rutter (Shropshire) - 14/09/2003
I was taught this while on holiday in North Wales at the Silver Eagles Line Dance Club. I do like it it is a dance that compliments the T-Rex track that it's choreographed to very well. I will be teaching this to my own classes in the near future as I know they wan't to learn it. This is what line dancing should be like (No Tags, restarts e.t.c) just a fun dance that isn't too tricky, everyone can enjoy it. Ann Wood has done a great job with this one, Well Done.

Jambalaya Jan - 11/09/2003
Great little dance! Like linedancing used to be,complete with loud stomps. Give it a try, you'll like it!

Snowy - 10/04/2003
Music was a bit short. Try it to "Dreamin' With My Eyes Open" by Clay Walker if you prefer a country track. My class enjoyed this one.

jenny - 08/04/2003
brilliant dance,it's a winner. a dance for every one.

Louise Goward (Western Outlaws) - 28/03/2003
In spite of having little promotion, this dance was recommended to us and our classes love it. The track is great and the dance suits most abilities (not too tricky). We got the short version of the track (and play it twice) but I'm told there is a 4 minute version.
