sad attempt at an irish dance. NOT LINEDANCING maggie

Lesley - 19/05/2006
Very well received by all three classes - even my 'new' improvers managed it. Although everyone seems to 'miss' the tag!

diane richards - 06/05/2006
taught this dance to our class this week,a few dropped out but those that stayed enjoyed it.brilliant music had everyones feet tapping.well done maggie.

Joy Ashton - 04/05/2006
Nifty footwork required which fits well to the music, which must get your toes tapping! Not as difficult as it may first appear. The tag turn requires practice! Thank God for pitch control!

Sarah & Myra Buckin' Horses LDC - 27/04/2006
a great little warm up dance, our improvers even joined in with this one, certainly warms you up on a cold night! Taught this quite a while ago but it is still going strong!

It surprised me how quickly everyone picked it up,easyish dance, it`s just the tag that throws some dancers.

Julie - 11/04/2006
My lot loved it!! kids and intermediates alike all picked it up in ten minutes (who said a two minute teach?!) you feel like you have had a good workout after doing this dance! well done Maggie - this will be around all Summer at least......cant get the blinkin tune out of my head now tho!

troggie - 09/04/2006
taught this for first time last week, all classes are going to have this. a lot easier than it looks, will be a biggie in my classes

Jonathan Khan ( 10 Years) - 08/04/2006
great steps like all Maggie's dances and the music gives it loads of atmospere. I defenatly reckomend this dance.

John - 06/04/2006
Very easy dance step-wise that I taught myself in 5 minutes. I'd class it as a beginner / intermediate. Music is fantastic (as is the rest of the album). What I particularly like, though, is that I feel like I've really been on the dancefloor when I finish. Not normally a Maggie fan but give credit where it's due...a thumbs up from me and Bren.

sandra - 28/03/2006
I have not done this dance yet as I am unable to get the music could someone tell where to get it from please my email is sandrarose@lineone.net

Lynda Hardern - 27/03/2006
Although this is an easy teach, this is not a favourite, this time Maggie, much prefer your Dip Stick, the music does not have that 'got to get up and do this' it might look good with your Irish troup, but does not look good with the senior linedancers and the sound of the feet is louder than the music and complaints about the left calfe aching.

lovely little dance Maggie! A dance with a bit of pace to a beautiful piece of Irish music. Easy tag, take smaller steps and I found it easier to do. True Irish style of steps. I love it.

This went down like a lead balloon at one of my classes, boring music and steps said some, my second class that I go to, thought it was ok!

terry - 17/03/2006
Nice easy steps that have the feel of a true Irish dance. Well done Maggie.

Anne - 27/02/2006
Nice 2 min teach for inters and taking the full turn out and slowing the music down at first for beginners if you can...a good little dance which is not as difficult as you think, just some fine footwork to concentrate on...They loved the music ..nice one maggie g.

Maureen & Michelle - 23/02/2006
Fantastic dance. Our classes are loving it! We are loving it! Easyish steps, brisk pace - one for most dancers - and great music from Michael Flatley's' Celtic Tiger' album.

Mike Parkinson (Llandudno) - 23/02/2006
Nice Fun Dance, easy to teach, simple tag, doing well at my classes. Good taste of Irish music, lot's of alternative music can be used to teach if too fast the first time. Well done Maggie!!

JULIE CARR The Dance Studio - 22/02/2006
Maggie taught at the studio a couple of weeks ago. I have since gone over it, taught at all other classes. A real floor filler
