According to other websites this dance was choreographed by someone called Donna Lent. Easy 1 wall dance which beginners love and improvers hate coz it is so slow. Dance to Speed Limit's version of the song.

Just taught our class this dance. Mixed reviews regarding the correct music. So we played:- Betty's Taking Judo by Jeff Carson on Fever 2. It went down a WOW !!! It can even be done with attitude. Give it a try.
