Breathless

I like this dance a lot, even though i've never done it with anyone else ( no one else knows it :( ), the olny potential prolem is that it takes up a lot of floor space, so people at the sides and front of the floor watch out!but otherwise, i like it a lot!

I love the danse, it flows together realy well hen you finally master the steps - don't like the music that much, but most others quite like it, so i guess that's just me.

love the dance, love the music. can't think of a better irish danse - but is best in a larger group of people (looks better).
Derailed

Robin Madeley - 22/11/2000
love this dance! fairly easy to learn, but tricky to pick up from watching it. as far as fitting the music goes, it's the best dance yet! maybe could do with a better finish.... (it just 'peters' out, [no pun intended]).
Dime A Dance Cha Cha

robin Madeley - 22/11/2000
love this dance. can be done to 'i love you' (ie "and then i go and spil it all by saying something stupid like..."). t's a great one for the begining or the end of a night.
Rex The Robot

Love it! and I think it IS a linedance. not mainstream, certainly, but whatever crumbles your cookie. the only hard thing is remembering where the end of the song is. plus, there is a section where all you do is move your head and arms, then turn in 4 counts, then just move you r arms for 4 counts. try switching those bits around for every other person (like sycopated rythm), it loks great if eveyone does it properly!

srry, i'm just cringing at my own spelling.... i can understand tat it isn't a mainstream dance, but can't people get over the fact that they aren't going to like every single dance that comes out? Teachersw know what a class will and won't like (to some degree), and if you don't want to learn it for yourself, then you don't have to. there is no need to blame the fact on miss Lee, or Rob fowler. bear in mind it is in their interest to accomodate everybody not just the majority, at least not all of the time - and I'll bet half of you don't even know the story behind the song (why it was written).
Vertical Expressions

robin madeley - 22/11/2000
Fantastic dance. I always find myself singing along to it without realising. But don't do DNTO before it, you'll only confuse yourself (beleive me, i know). If you want it fast, try it to a song called 'Just A Minute' (I forget who it's by). It's a very different dance when done quickly, aswell as needing to add 2 quick stomps with the right foot on the '&4' count in the jazzbox. But on the plus side, no tags in this track!
Who Did You Call Darlin'

Hideaway Cha

Kay - 22/11/2000
The Cha Cha rhythm is one of my favourites to dance to, and even though there are a lot of cha cha's out there, this is really special. A beautiful dance with enough to make you think a bit, but also able to get lost in the rhythm of the music. Absolutely great!!
Rayne Dance

I teach beginner classes and I find it quite difficult to find fun and exciting beginner dances. This fits the bill nicely. Well done Lynn Stokoe!
