Yes I know Lisa wrote this a couple of years ago, but it is the first time it has appeared on the Linedancer site.

Taught this one to Intermediate class on 23/07/2002.
To choreographed music the dance is a real work out - fairly easy, but extrmely quick. Class needed two teaching tracks to get it right (Funky Cowboy, then track 4 on Waylander single (title?)), then choreographed music.
I really enjoyed it at Brean Sands, where Ed taught it after the Crystal Boot awards (March). Personally I give it 5 boots (as shown), but most people would probably think 3 - because of the speed, and they may not like the music so much!

Oh pants, can't count! Have another boot, Ed...

A bit tricky at first, this has become one of my favourite dances for 2002. Great music, which the dance fits perfectly. Needs a couple of practices to get everything right, but it rewards the effort.

I like this dance more everytime i dance it. It fits the music really well & the dance starts as soon as Gareth starts singing so theres no gaps or waiting. Definitely my sort of dance...well worth a look.

I said it when I first came across this dance some time ago..and I'll say it again. 'If this song would have been done by a 'country' singer EVERYBODY would have been clammering to choreograph a dance to it'. Sorry, it aint country...but it's a BEAUTIFUL song that fits in SO well to a BEAUTIFUL dance. I only hope that one day that dancers will wake up to what they have missed.

The new 'Just a memory', love that you'll love this, nothing tricky, just easy line dancing.

I think the dance is excellent although it split my class down the middle with some loving it and some hating it. Some found it more manageable by leaving out the full turns.

I really enjoy this dance. I has such a variety of beats and steps. I do believe that it is closer to an advanced dance, that is as far as my dance group I teach is concerned. It is a hard dance to call with the steps. I have found that once the steps have been gone over and worked on, the best way to call the dance is by the step count, to also help change the beat with the syncopated steps.
Thanks for the challenge.

This dance is indeed tricky to count in, but 2 boots only... It's a cool funky dance for dancers who want to be challenged. Certainly five boots from me. Love it!

The music for this lovely dance is also available on Stella Wildens 'Sizzling Country Dancers vol 2'...so now there is NO excuse to enjoy the dance AND the music.
