Taught this one a few weeks ago to my beginners. Easy teach, easy for them to learn, the love it. One thing: Saw it taught at a local charity event, and the instructor had the dancers shimmying to the side. One of my dancers almost got knocked over. Could this be just a mistake, or does anyone else do them that way? I taught it with the shimmys stepping forward as the step-sheet says.

Brill dance, but be careful with the timing. Good music and good dance Maggie

Good dance, easy steps, but very fast. The last four steps always bring a smile to the faces of my class members

Don't Stop Movin.
A well thought out dance that works with the music.
( Well Done Alan )
Instructors/dancers don't let the A.B.C's or the three pages of dance script put you off, it is not as hard as it appears to be and your dancers will love it.

DON'T STOP MOVIN - ALAN BIRCHALL - S CLUB 7
PLEASE PLEASE PUT THIS DANCE IN YOUR NEXT ISSUE OF YOUR MAGAZINE, THIS IS ABOUT THE BEST DANCE THAT HAS HIT THE DANCE FLOOR FOR A VERY LONG TIME, EVERYONE IN MY CLASS LOVE IT, AND I HAVE SEEN OTHER CLASSES DOING THE DANCE WITH THE FLOOR PACKED AS WELL.
ALL CREDIT TO ALAN BIRCHALL FOR A SUPERB DANCE, THE PHRASING IS WELL DONE, THE SECTIONS ARE EASILY RELATED TO EACH PART OF THE MUSIC AND THE DANCE IS NOT THAT DIFFICULT FOR EVERYONE TO DANCE IT.
WHEN I TAUGHT IT TO MY CLASS AND I TOLD THEM IT WAS AN PHRASED ABC DANCE THEY ALL GROANED, BUT I ASSURED THEM THAT IT WAS EASY AND THAT THEY WILL LOVE THE DANCE, I WAS RIGHT IT'S A FLOOR FILLER.
CREDIT TO ALAN FOR A GREAT DANCE, AND S CLUB 7 FOR A GREAT SONG AND MAKING IT POSSIBLE, MAYBEE THIS IS WHY IT'S GONE BACK TO No: 1 IN THE POP CHARTS AS ALL THE DANCERS ARE SNAPPING UP THE SINGLE.

Choreographed by one of my pupils - her first attempt and very well done - fits well to the Cliff Richard track but not easily available - is also good to the GeorgeStrait track and brilliant to Whole Again - although there are other dances to this music. The class really like the dance - it flows nicely.

Currently one of my favourites. Rob taught this one last year at Brean Sands. Hard to start with, but once it 'clicks' it gets much easier. Plenty of variety and a good one to impress the watching crowd with. The only shame is that the music is hard to come by - let's get it on a compilation and get the dance into the charts!
