Vertical Expressions

Lovely relaxing track. Lovely dance which flows beautifully and fits the music perfectly (as long as everyone remembers the tags on Walls 2 & 7 are done). Steps not difficult, a good Beginner could do this dance. Popular now at socials.

If you haven't learned this yet - DO IT NOW!! Excellent country track (Why Me) with good strong beat. This dance is unusual with some interesting , different steps, great both to dance and to watch. Not suitable for Beginners though. Deserves greater exposure - my class love it!

As I've only been dandcing a few months this "oldie" was very new to me the other week when the club resurrected it and I thought it excellent with the combination of good moves to good music

I and my class certainly enjoy dancing this one. It took a couple of times for them to get the rhythm but once there totally enjoyable!

I enjoy this dance - It is a shame that some web sites have provided incorrect dance scripts. Kickin' Kate taught me the dance - excellent dancer & teacher
Do This Do That

Anne Yung - 16/10/2000
I think the dance is great, I like the slightly unusual 'criss cross' steps. The class enjoyed it once they got the hang of the 'kick ball step, touch, turn' bit. I don't have the original music, but think it goes really well to Heather Myles "Playing Every Honky Tonk in Town" - Linedance Fever 10.
Watch Out

When I first learned this without the music I didn't think much of it. but once I did it to the music I thought it was great; my class enjoy it too. It makes a nice change to do simpler ones from time to time.

This dance has proved popular at my classes but we dance it more often to a different track, Wild One by Faith Hill. This Has proved to be very popular danced at a similar speed to Watergate, but requiring no tag and the music finishes on the last step of the dance
Dancing In The Dark

Mel Fisher, Silver Stetsons, Bedford - 12/10/2000
This is a lovely beginners dance. Whilst Smoke rings in the Dark is a lovely piece to dance to however, my classes prefer to dance it to a Track by Redfern And Crookes Called Tell Rhona, it gives the dance a whole different feel
