This could be the new Stitch It Up. Don't be put off by the 96 counts, there are a lot of holds in it so its really not that hard. Apologies to all the Deanie fans, but I prefer it to Bill Haley's original music - it fits great to his Rock Around The Clock.
David of Lincoln Lone Stars - 14/01/2003
Taught this a couple of weeks ago and its now very popular in the class. However, with at least one turn in every section of the dance, one or two chose to give it a miss. Remember its another of those dances where you start before the vocals come in.

This is most definitely my current favourite! Brilliant dance - fantastic music by Santana. This must be one of Kate's best ever dances - can't wait for the next one!
Lin - 13/01/2003

John Asquith - 13/01/2003
I came on to this dance rather late, but I picked up on the track some months ago. It is a terrific dance track and Peter Metelnick has come up with a really nice dance to it. Easy(ish) intermediate.
David Lean ( Tramline Stompers ) - 11/01/2003
wot! no one has done a review of one of bill's earliest creations, shame on everyone!, as with other golden oldies this will stay around for ever, a must for a basic beginners class.
David lean ( Tramline Stompers ) - 11/01/2003
yep, a winner this one, well done the choreographer for an intricate set of steps that fits the music, even though the basic pattern is cha cha, tried off the book as soon as it arrived in the post B4 xmas, and did again at first session in the new year, in fact both of my classes like it.
Hank & Denise - 11/01/2003

Maggie & Pauline Stratford Upon Avon - 10/01/2003
We were really surprised to only see one review for this dance. This was taught in our club in 2000 and it was an instant hit. There are a lot of different steps for beginners to enjoy. It is a very happy dance. Whenever we dance this one at socials there are a lot of dancers with us, also ones that have not learnt it will try and pick it up, so intructors, check out this dance for your club, they will love it. So much Country music will fit this one.
Maggie @ Pauline Stratford Upon Avon - 10/01/2003
The best dance in 2002. A real winner, well done Robbie. It deserves many more than 5. The music is just the best, the dance just flows and loved by everyone. This was my favourite that I taught in 2002. This dance will go on forever = keep em comin Robbie and PLEASE keep it COUNTRY.
