This dance goes with so many pieces of music. Try it to She Bangs by Ricky Martin, or Let your love flow by the Bellamy Brothers, even My first, last everything by Barry White.

OK. So I'm biased... I dance with Lyn,but having said that, it's a great dance; optional arms and hips to suit yourself, snappy footwork and it really Moves! More please Lyn.

A great slow dance, a challenge to learn but once you crack it you will love it. Music great also.

All my students love this dance. For a different piece of music try it to Mindy McCready's "what if i do" from the album 'If I don't stay the night.

For this year's 'Dance to the Heartbeat', I've been searching for dances with a 'Heart' in the title and came across this one. I've taught it to my beginner/intermediate classes and we are enjoying it. Nice one Adrian! My fund-raising event for the British Heart Foundation will be on the 24th Nov 2000.

Excellent dance, fits beautifully. WE REALLY LIKE THE ROCK AND POINT TURN DURING THE LAST FEW COUNTS. YOU REALLY FEEL LIKE YOUR DANCING
WITH THIS ONE AND ITS A REFRESHING NOT TO DO STEP LOCKS FOR A CHANGE AS THESE ARE APPEARING IN SO MANY DANCES NOW.
