Just my sort of daance. Great music. Not too difficult to learn, but with some interesting moves which helps you to remember it. Not the usual shuffle and rock type of dance!!

ALTHOUGH IN 5 PARTS,I FOUND THIS DANCE WAS'NT TOO HARD TO LEARN AS THE SEQUENCE SAT PERFECTLY WITH THE MUSIC.GREAT FUN!!!

This dance has grown in popularity and has become quite the floor-filler in the Amsterdam area. The music is lovely, although the end bit becomes in almost too slow to dance. All in all, the Whirlwind Waltz is on it's way to becoming a "classic".

Lovely Dance. Do not be put off by the fact that it is phrased, the tags are really easy after you have learnt the first part. Just remember 3-2-1

Is this tricky...or is this tricky....don't know, but it caused a lot of fun. This dance is purely for SHOW OFF's (people who like to 'Showboat'). Could be a little tricky to learn..but well worth it. Question: Why does this choreographer always seem to pick music that other choreographers leave ???.For originality 10/5 (if that were possible)
Mike Taylor - 02/10/2002
as the song goes...'Nise an' easy does it every time'. Talk about change of style (check out the choreographers previous dance to -I think - this one..LAZY RIVER). Very easy to learn and dance...then try it to the Ronan Keating track (dizzy or what). The only problem dancing to Ronans track is the music is around 4 mins long..and I think a bit TOO long for a 32 count dance.

I know this dance has been around for a while but I only saw it danced in Nottingham fairly recently and then decided to teach it. Class seemed to like the music despite it being Shaky! and it was an easy teach with straightforward steps.

I Tried this dance with my class and think it only right that after reading reviews i should try this myself and i must say i have a great class who love all music pop/country old/new but this really didn't go down to great obviously with lots of big classes there was a few that did love it but i'm afraid it was thumbs down to this one for the majority but great effort guys. I noticed even after one of the choreographers gave it 5 boot's too, but like all comments some are always good and some bad i feel it only right to get the good feed back aswell as the bad. Jamie G

Taught this dance to my class of teenagers and they LOVED IT! Great tempo, great steps - and the bridge has fired their imaginations to come up with variations. I can't wait to see what they come up with! Teaching it to the adult class next week 'cos I don't think they should miss out on this dance.

It's wonderful to have a beginning level dance that intermediates enjoy, too! We use it as a warmup.
