Learnt this at Kate Sala weekend and taught it tonight. Catchy beat, one easy restart. No problems teaching it but we did practice the kick sections to get timing but easily achievable for improvers and above. Hope it does well.

Needed a poppy dance tonight and this was just the perfect choice. One very obvious restart on wall two and nothing hard in the dance at all. Nice flowing footwork to a nice easy on the ears track. Very easily picked up by all. Big thumbs up from class 8-).

A beautiful waltz with some very different step combinations to a lovely track. No tags and a joy to dance, once you have mastered the timing, and the steps. Sure to be another hit for Ria.

Great dance from Mark and Shelley, love the music too. Dance fits music really well with only one restart.
Val Whittington - 24/06/2014
A lovely track and great to have a waltz which has only one full turn which can be replaced easily.I think this will appeal to all levels and is certainly an easy teach for most.Take care with start point it starts approx 39 secs into track.

Class are loving this dance. Really have to feel the music to put the styling into this dance. Smooth mambos and twinkles using 'latin style' hips. The 3/4 sweep and spiral section takes a bit of practise - some got a bit disorientated the first time they did the back wall but soon mastered it. Well choreographed dance Julia, nice to do some different step combinations and styling. Definitely recommend this to intermediates.

Great teach at Eastbourne this week by Maggie, I loved it. I think I will have to do alternative for 4&5 6 in section 2 and do X,side,X, side as it is quite fast for a few of my dancers.
The track is great once familiar to it as solid rhythm doesn't kick in till wall 3. Very easy r/s's, just knock off last section every time you hit 12.00 on 2,4,6
But HEY! it's advanced so what do you expect.......a whole lot of achievement when completed that's what. Superb Maggie well done!

Superb track by Eli Young band and equally good dance by Maggie. Written in 4 sections the first section being what I call 'cruisin' and second section takes you to 3.00 and there you stay for the rest of the dance. So even the non turners cope easily as they have plenty of time at 3.00 to prepare for 'cruisin' again. Will be a very useful dance for live band events. One easy r/s in 2 in wall 4 after coaster at 12.00 not a problem. Good work Maggie!

Thank you Maggie for teaching us this great dance! Don't let the Advanced label or the video put you off, look at the 'Dallas girls' for a great demo. Steps, counts and timing are a challenge but fit together beautifully, really satisfying to dance and I hope a few more teachers pick this one up!
